We are happy to accommodate clients both near and far! If your location is beyond 20 miles from our studio at 1843
Village West Pkwy, Kansas City, KS 66111, a travel fee will be applied to cover the cost of transportation.
· Travel Rates: $1 per mile for the round trip if your destination exceeds 20 miles from our location. This ensures
we can bring all the necessary tools and products to you without any compromise in service quality, no matter
where you are.
For larger parties or events requiring multiple artists, additional travel fees may apply. Please contact us for more
information if your event is outside the Kansas City metro area or involves special travel arrangements (e.g., flights,
overnight stays).
Securing your desired date is important, and we work on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve your booking, we
require:
· Signed Contract: A formal agreement that outlines the services and responsibilities to ensure all expectations
are clear.
· Non-Refundable Deposit: A 30% deposit based on the total service cost is required at the time of booking. This
deposit is non-refundable and guarantees that your date is locked in our calendar. The remaining balance is due
on or before the day of the event.
This deposit protects both you and our artists, ensuring we are committed to your booking and prepared to provide
exceptional service on your special day.
For large group bookings or out-of-town events, we recommend securing your date as early as possible to avoid
scheduling conflicts.
We aim to make the payment process as convenient as possible. We accept the following forms of payment:
